🌟 Welcome Back to Wyong Public School in 2024! 🎉
👋 As we embark on another exciting year at Wyong Public School, we're thrilled to extend a warm welcome to all our families, both returning and new! Here are some important reminders to ensure a smooth start to 2024:
1️⃣ School Office Reopening: Our school office reopens on Tuesday, January 30th, from 9 AM. For any queries or assistance, don't hesitate to call us at (02) 4352 2077.
2️⃣ Student Starting Dates: Curious about when your child starts school? All starting dates for students, including our Kindergarten and new OC students, are available on the school calendar. Just visit our website for all the details. https://wyong-p.schools.nsw.gov.au/
3️⃣ Uniform Shop Update: Great news! Our extended volunteer-run Uniform Shop is ready for you. For opening hours and more information, please check our school website. https://wyong-p.schools.nsw.gov.au/
4️⃣ 2024 Plans and Inclusions: We're continuing with the successful initiatives from 2023! This includes covering school resources, online subscriptions, Athletics and Swimming Carnivals, and engaging incursions with Healthy Harold and the Planetarium.
5️⃣ Parent Portal Updates: Our parent portal will be offline during the first week for updates. Once back online, it will be your comprehensive hub for school communication, note permissions, payments, academic reports, parent-teacher meeting bookings, classroom teacher communication and much more. 6️⃣ Playground and Track News: Due to recent heavy rains, some holiday works are still in progress. The new Kindy and Year 1 play areas will be ready soon, but the installation of the running track on the oval is postponed to later in the term.
