Our Year 6 students are coming close to the end of their primary school education and will be heading off to high school in 2024. Students from Wyong Public transition to a variety of different high schools both on the Central Coast and afar. To ensure that high school transition is a smooth process for our students, high schools are offering innovative transition programs for Year 6 students. Students have the opportunity to participate in engaging activities that will enable them to become familiar with the high school setting and the learning prospects offered to them in 2024 and beyond.
