📢 Important Update from Our P&C Run Uniform Shop

We’re excited to announce some updates and improvements to the Uniform Shop! 🎉

Uniform Shop Goes Online!

Families can now browse, order, and pay for uniforms conveniently via the Parent Portal app/website. While this new system gets up and running, we ask for your patience as we work through any teething issues. A small online fee applies per order through the Student Payment Portal.

Pricing and New Items

From 1st October 2024, there are small price increases on some items due to rising supplier costs, including:
👖 Shorts, Skorts, Long Pants
🧥 Fleecy Wear, Baseball Jackets
💧 Drink Bottles

Good news! 🎉 There are no changes to the prices of Polo Shirts, Hats, or Microfibre Jackets.

New items now available:
🧢 Surf Style Wide Brim Hat
🦺 Polar Fleece Vest

❌ Girls Yoga Pants will no longer be supplied.

Shop Opening Hours

The Uniform Shop is open for face-to-face sales every Friday morning from 8:30–9:15 am during the school term. Orders placed online will also be filled and distributed on Fridays.

💳 Electronic payments can be made in person on Fridays, and the direct debit form will be phased out by the end of Term 4, 2025.

🎒 Uniform Shop Hours for January 2025 🎒

We’re here to help you get ready for the 2025 school year! Here are the uniform shop hours for January and early February:

📅 Friday 24/1: 8:30–11:30am (Face-to-face and online order pick-up)
📅 Wednesday 29/1: 8:30–11:30am (Face-to-face and online order pick-up)
📅 Friday 31/1: 8:30–10:00am (Face-to-face and online order pick-up)
📅 Wednesday 5/2: 8:30–9:15am (Online order pick-up only)
📅 Thursday 6/2: 8:30–9:15am (Online order pick-up only)
📅 Friday 7/2: 8:30–9:15am (Back to normal operations: face-to-face and online order pick-up)

📌 Important Notes:

  • Wednesday 5/2 and Thursday 6/2 are for online order pick-ups only.
  • Families needing to check sizes or pay via cash before school starts should visit during the extra hours of operation in January.

💻 Ordering Options:

  • ONLINE: Through the parent portal (for enrolled families).
  • ONLINE: Using the guest link on the school website (for non-enrolled families).
  • IN-PERSON: Cash or card during allocated times (for both enrolled and non-enrolled families).
